Services:

You must be 18 years or older.  All services are for entertainment purposes. Services are not intended to substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Refunds:

There are no refunds available on deposits, seminar seats, no-shows, last-minute cancellations and on any readings scheduled for less than 1-hour duration.

For readings scheduled for 1 hour or longer:   On rare occasions, a connection doesn’t happen, and should I feel that is the case, then I myself will offer to stop and refund your money in the first 10-15 minutes of an hour or longer reading.  In the event that I feel the reading is going well, but you do not, then you are responsible to speak up in the first 10-15 minutes so I have the opportunity to either redirect the energy flow, or stop (in time to refund you) before I go longer than 10-15 minutes, (stopping & refunding is not an option on readings scheduled for less than 1 hour duration).   This rarely happens but sometimes it’s not the right time for reasons beyond our understanding.

If you have had several readings with other reputable mediums, but you were disappointed with their readings, you should take a long break before booking another reading (with me or anyone else).  Maybe you are not ready.  Or you only want to hear certain things.

All information entered on our website is kept private. Credit card transactions are processed through our merchant processing secure server. We do not store any credit card information.
